Removing Facial Hair

Tuesday, November 4th, 2008

It’s hard being a woman in the  image of society. Today more than ever, the feminine sex is more sweet to primp, groom, work, and often go to extreme measures to retain the youthful appearance and radiant. Now, I’m not saying that is how it should be, but it is at this point. When you see facial hair removal ads on television, you know  something is up. In a different light, women could be stoked at hand all the toilet at their disposal. Maybe that all depends on how you look at things.

I used to ask in view of the small white goatee on my grandmother’s chin. Is this really supposed to be there? Not that I thought too much about it. I was only eight years old at the time. In fact, I should not presume that men are the only ones to judge women with facial hair or fuzzy legs. Women are probably the worse than me. I know, I watched my teenage daughter and her friends seek out other girls, as there was a sort of ongoing war. The funny thing is, I have seen her use facial hair removal. It may be  something I do not know, but I say the wax strips in her bathroom and my wife filled out the rest. It’s really incredible to see how early the first of these grooming rituals begin .

Regarding men, I suppose we can say that shaving is a form of facial hair removal. If we do not keep up with the razor and cream scheme, we will soon be Grizzly Adams look in the mirror in the morning. For me, it does not stop there. I will be one of the few men to admit that I pluck between my eyebrows. I heard too many snide remarks from women in my life regarding men with uni-brows. Face it guys, the hatred of these women. It is high time for a facial hair removal routine on the male side. There is no shame in looking nice. Just be grateful you’re not a woman and having to worry about a mustache or goatee. Maybe we men have it easy after all.
